We are a listing platform, not a real estate broker, agent, lawyer, or party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, rent, or lease any property, and we are not involved in negotiations, contracts, or payments between buyers/tenants and owners/agents.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When you post a property listing, you represent and warrant that:
Listing verification: We may review ownership documents and other details you submit before approving a listing, and may display a "Verified" indicator where our checks are satisfied. This review is a good-faith administrative check, not a legal title search, survey, or guarantee of ownership, title, or legal status. We do not warrant the accuracy of any listing, verified or otherwise, and buyers/tenants must independently verify title, documents, and property condition before entering any transaction.
We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
We may offer paid plans (e.g., Featured, Premium) that provide enhanced visibility for a listing over a specified duration. Fees are non-refundable once the listing has been activated, except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
When you submit an enquiry on a listing, we share your contact details and message with the relevant owner/agent so they may respond to you directly. All subsequent communication, site visits, negotiation, and transaction terms are solely between you and the other party. We are not responsible for the conduct, representations, or reliability of any user.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. Property valuations, area figures, and descriptions are provided by the listing party and not independently verified by us for accuracy. Consult a qualified lawyer, chartered accountant, or licensed real estate professional before making any property decision.
The Platform's design, branding, and software are owned by Kanchipuram Real Estate and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. By posting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content (including photos) on the Platform and in related promotional materials.
The Platform and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanchipuram Real Estate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kanchipuram Real Estate harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your listing content, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
